![]() 1- When the cargo arrives, be sure to examine your product and then receive it. Our company cannot be held responsible for any breakage, damage or loss that may occur afterwards. Put all products and sets that you have purchased to be returned in their original packaging and ship them to us. |
![]() 2- It is mandatory to fill out the return request form sent to you as an attachment to the order and send it together with the return cargo. |
![]() 3- When returning products, it is mandatory to send the invoice together with the cargo in order to cancel it. The refund of the canceled products is made within 1-7 business days depending on the payment method. In payments made by Credit Card, the reflection period of the refund made to the Credit Card may vary depending on the bank. |

Our return and exchange eligibility policy
Damaged & Broken Product
When receiving your gift, please open the package in the presence of the cargo officer and if there is a breakage on the product or a defect that occurred during shipment, report it to the cargo officer and have a report prepared. In this case, the same product will be sent to you a second time without any further request from you.
If there is a mistake or defect in the personalization details on the gift in your order, you can reach us at +90 549 626 66 46 to help us solve your problem. If there is no defect other than what is stated in the details of your order, returns and exchanges are not accepted since the product is specially designed and manufactured for you.
